Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml milk or plant milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Blend oats, protein powder, egg, milk, and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour batter to form pancakes.
  3. Cook 2–3 minutes each side. Serve with berries or honey.
