Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 egg
- 100ml milk or plant milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Blend oats, protein powder, egg, milk, and baking powder until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour batter to form pancakes.
- Cook 2–3 minutes each side. Serve with berries or honey.
